Location near to the historical center and trains and the city main plaza and an unfortunate and unnecessary hassle. Free breakfast with a 360 degree view, excellent service.

Best aspects were the spacious room, amazing breakfast with a changing hot meal, and helpful staff. The location was a little outside of the main plaza but transportation was cheap and readily available.

The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of foods. the room was spacious and clean, with fresh towels every day. the location was convenient, with several restaurants and shops nearby and a short walk to attractions.
It was incredibly noisy, with street traffic and people yelling outside all night. the walls were thin, so we could hear other guests talking and snoring.

The views from our room were stunning, especially during sunset. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered guided tours to Machu Picchu at reasonable prices. the location was perfect for exploring the city and its charming architecture.
The noise level in our room was higher than expected, which made it difficult to sleep in some mornings. the breakfast could have had more variety and better quality food.
